Entering The Symbolic World — Dream Work

Our dreams can be the most extraordinary playground for consciousness exploration and self-growth.

Carl Jung believed that our inner world was as important, as valid, and as real as the outer world.

In this group hypnotherapy workshop, you will learn to utilize the powerful cross-section between hypnosis and dreaming to develop and accelerate your ability to explore your inner world every night.

This workshop is Sunday, February 22nd from 2:30-5:30pm.

It will be held at From The Heart Yoga and Tai Chi Studios, in Grand Rapids MI. (map)

Cost is $38

No prior experience necessary.

You will spend about 1/3 of your life asleep.

In that altered state of awareness you may have countless adventures, insights, and opportunities to learn from the deeply wise parts of yourself—if you are willing to do the work to become present there.

Dream Work takes part in several stages. The first stage is remembering dreams. This is best accomplished with rigorous use of a dream journal, writing down every detail you can recall immediately upon waking.

You will get the most out of this workshop if you already can remember some dreams.

In this workshop you will learn techniques for inducing a lucid dream (non-hypnotic and hypnotic), as well as re-enter a dream in hypnosis to receive communication from the elements of that dream.

This workshop is designed to accommodate both total beginners and those who are experienced with hypnotherapy, dream work, and meditation.

Due to the inward nature of this work, this class is not recommended for those experiencing mental health crises.

Attendance will be capped at 15, register in advance to secure your spot!

“My path to hypnotherapy began a little over 20 years ago with my first glimpses that there was “something more going on here.” That was the start of a daily meditation practice that has been a constant companion ever since.

I knew at that time that I wanted to help people, and I knew that the best way to do that was to become clear and spacious in my own being.

I am grateful to my many skilled (and sometimes spontaneous) teachers over the years, and the many lessons provided by the universe, care of the no-coincidences department. I am grateful that I can continue to learn and grow everyday, along with my wonderful clients.

Today I offer Transpersonal Hypnotherapy, as taught by the wonderful Holly Holmes-Meredith of HCH Institute, one of the first 3 schools to teach Hypnotherapy in the US.

The focus is on deepening your connection to your Higher Self, that part of you that is infinitely wise, infinitely creative, and holds your highest potential, waiting to be unlocked.

It is endlessly rewarding work and I am forever grateful to be a part, big or small, of each client’s journey towards the simple, clear being-ness we call Home.”
